Orders:

Minimum:

 There is no minimum order for our regular customers. All other orders carry a $35 minimum order.

Terms:

 Net 15 days, 1.5 % per month will be assessed on all invoices past 30 days.

Delivery:

 All items are shipped normally the same day.

Transportation:

 We use UPS and all of the services that they offer, including Saturday delivery. BAX, EMERY and FEDEX are also preferred by many. FOB Newport.

Export:

 Payment for export shipments must be made in U.S. currency. Customers are requested to indicate name and address of their custom broker. There is a 3% handling to the net invoice amount.

Warranty:

 For a period of 90 days, parts are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship under normal use and service when properly installed. There are a few parts covered for 30 days- please call. This said warranty is expressly in lieu of any other warranties expressed or implied including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and any other obligation or liability on the part of Hi-Gear Co., Inc.

Return Goods:

 To expedite the efficiency of returned goods, you must obtain a return number. A copy of our invoice or packing slip should be on the outside of the package being returned. Special order items are non-returnable.
