PRICES:  All prices shown are suggested retail prices and usually correspond to those published by the original equipment manufacturer.  All letters show are your net discount.  Prices are subject to change without notice.  All stock or large orders, special pricing can be arranged.  Call for your special price.

MINIMUM:  $35.00 Orders under minimum is subject to an $8.00 processing fee.

TERMS:  Net 15 Days, 1 ˝% per month will be assessed on all invoices past 30 days.
MasterCard / Visa credit cards accepted.

DELIVERY:  All stock items are shipped normally the same day.  Place check for items not listed
in this catalog.  Chances are, we can order this for a quick delivery and be very competitively priced.

TRANSPORTATION:  We use UPS and all the services they offer including Saturday delivery.
Fed Ex and Emery is also preferred by many.      FOB Newport, Kentucky

EXPORT:  Payment for export shipments must be made in US currency.  Customers are requested
to indicate name and address of their custom broker.

WARRANTY:  For a period of 90 days, parts are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship.
Under normal use and service and when properly installed.  There are a few parts covered for 30 days / please call.  This said warranty is expressly in lieu of any other warranties, expressed or implied including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and any other obligation or liability on the part of  Hi-Gear Co., Inc.

RETURN GOODS:  To expedite the efficiency of returned goods, you must obtain a return authorization number.  A copy of our invoice or packing slip should be on the outside of the package being returned.  Special order items are non-returnable.
